CONTRACT NO. TRERS 03A
NOTICE TO APPOINT A PANEL OF CONTRACTORS
In accordance with the public advertisement published in the newspapers, notice is
hereby given of the successful bidders for Contract No. TRERS 03A, which invited
bids for the appointment of a panel of contractors for the following categories:
Section A: General Building (CIDB Grade 2GB or higher)
Section B: Civil Engineering (CIDB Grade 2CE or higher)
Section C: Steel Security Fencing or Precast Concrete (CIDB Grade 2SQ or
higher)
Section D: Mechanical Engineering (CIDB Grade 2ME or higher)
Section E: Electrical Engineering (CIDB Grade 2EB or higher)
Following the completion of the evaluation and adjudication processes, the following
bidders were approved as successful for inclusion on the panel under the respective
sections:
Section A: General Building
- Ndingayedwa Trading
Daleka Construction
Lakhimu Investments
Section C: Steel Security Fencing or Precast Concrete
- Daleka Construction
Mela Okuhle Trading
No suitable bids were approved for Sections B (Civil Engineering), D (Mechanical
Engineering), and E (Electrical Engineering) at this stage.
The successful bidders have met the minimum administrative, technical, and CIDB
requirements as prescribed in the bid document. Further engagement will be
conducted directly with the successful bidders in line with the terms and conditions of
the contract.
